Important: Aircraft Status is an educational and training application intended to help qualified aviation personnel review and refresh their knowledge of aircraft systems. It is not a substitute for approved aircraft manufacturer manuals, airline procedures, maintenance documentation, operational instructions, regulatory requirements, or company-specific procedures.

1. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aircraft Status ("Aircraft Status", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the Aircraft Status mobile application (the "Application").

The city information requested during account registration is account information provided by the user and is not obtained from the device's GPS or location services.

1.5 No Cross-App Tracking

Aircraft Status does not intentionally track users across third-party applications or websites for advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not use personal information collected through Aircraft Status to create a cross-application advertising profile.

If this practice changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required permissions or consent mechanisms will be implemented before such processing begins.

We retain account information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application and its services, maintain account security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Application may provide information relating to aircraft systems, ATA chapters, system descriptions, component information, procedures, circuit breaker locations, reset information, training questions, and other educational material.

2.3 Training and Educational Use Only

Aircraft Status is provided for training, educational, and reference purposes only.

The information provided by Aircraft Status must never be used as a replacement for official aircraft manufacturer documentation, approved maintenance manuals, flight crew operating manuals, airline manuals, maintenance procedures, Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), regulatory requirements, engineering orders, technical publications, or any other approved documentation.

2.4 Official Aircraft Documentation Must Always Be Followed

Users must always refer to the applicable and current official aircraft manufacturer and operator documentation before performing any maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, testing, configuration change, reset, operational action, or other aircraft-related activity.

If information in Aircraft Status conflicts with official documentation, the official and current approved documentation must take precedence.

2.5 Aircraft System Resets

Aircraft system reset information contained in the Application is provided solely for educational and training purposes.

No aircraft system reset, circuit breaker operation, maintenance action, or other aircraft procedure should be performed based solely on information contained in Aircraft Status.

Any system reset or maintenance action must be performed only by an appropriately qualified and authorized person and strictly in accordance with the applicable aircraft manufacturer's current approved documentation and the operator's approved procedures.

Where applicable, system resets described in educational content are intended for ground-maintenance context only and must not be interpreted as authorization to perform such actions during flight.

2.6 Circuit Breaker Locations

Circuit breaker locations and related information may vary between aircraft types, aircraft configurations, effectivities, modifications, optional systems, production versions, and individual aircraft.

Users must always verify the applicable circuit breaker location and procedure using the current approved aircraft documentation for the specific aircraft being serviced.

2.7 Accuracy and Currency of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful educational information; however, Aircraft Status does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to every aircraft configuration.

Aviation technical information may change over time due to aircraft modifications, manufacturer revisions, service bulletins, maintenance instructions, regulatory requirements, operator procedures, and aircraft effectivity.

It is solely the user's responsibility to verify all information against the applicable current official documentation before taking any action.

2.8 No Manufacturer or Airline Affiliation

Aircraft Status is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, operated, or affiliated with Airbus, Boeing, or any aircraft manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to aircraft manufacturers, aircraft models, aircraft systems, terminology, or technical information are provided for identification, educational, and reference purposes.

Aircraft manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

2.9 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are qualified, authorized, and permitted to use any technical information provided by Aircraft Status.

You must comply with all applicable laws, aviation regulations, employer requirements, airline procedures, manufacturer instructions, and professional licensing requirements.

The Application may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.15 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aircraft Status and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the Application or its content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

2.16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aircraft Status and its owners, developers, authors, affiliates, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Application or its information.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from reliance on information contained in the Application, aircraft maintenance activities, operational decisions, business interruption, loss of data, loss of profits, or other consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

2.17 No Guarantee of Aircraft Applicability

Aircraft Status content may not apply to every aircraft, configuration, effectivity, operator, modification, or revision.

Users must verify applicability using the current aircraft-specific documentation before relying on any information.

We may update, modify, add, or remove Application features and content from time to time.

Updates may be necessary for security, technical compatibility, new educational content, corrections, or improvements.

2.19 Third-Party Platforms

Aircraft Status may be distributed through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies of those platform providers.

2.20 Apple App Store Notice

If you obtained Aircraft Status through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the owner/operator of Aircraft Status, and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content and does not provide maintenance or support services for Aircraft Status.

To the extent applicable under Apple's terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions relating to the Application.

2.21 Legal Compliance

You agree to use Aircraft Status in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, aviation requirements, professional requirements, and organizational policies.

2.22 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
